Why financial education matters
Money mistakes are expensive. Knowledge is cheap.
Most families learn about inflation, insurance and investing only after a costly mistake. A little education early changes a lifetime of outcomes.
Inflation is a silent tax
Money kept idle loses value every year. People need to know how to protect what they save.
Purchasing power after 10 years at 6% inflationTime beats timing
The same ₹5,000 monthly SIP, started 10 years earlier, can end up more than three times bigger.
Illustrative, assuming 12% p.a. till age 60. Not a promise of returns.Education is protection
Fake tip groups, "guaranteed returns" and fraud apps target people who were never taught the warning signs.
We teach red flags in every coursePlan before you invest
Emergency fund, insurance and a budget come before any investment. Most new investors skip all three.
The order we teach: protect, save, then investThe problem
India is investing faster than it is learning.
Crores of new investors entered the market after 2020, many through a phone and a tip on social media. Financial education has not kept up, and that gap is costing families their savings.

Made in Bharat · Made for Bharat
Not built for Dalal Street. Built for every street in Bharat.
KPSO Club was born in Jalgaon, Maharashtra, not in a metro. We know first-hand how a farmer's son, a homemaker or a college student in a small town first meets the stock market, and we build for them.
From a small town
Headquartered in Jalgaon. Our learners come from Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and beyond.
In your bhasha
Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil and English, with more Indian languages on the roadmap.
Mobile-first, low-data
Built for the phone in your pocket: Telegram, WhatsApp, short videos and pages that load fast on 4G.
Priced for Bharat
Free learning for the community, and paid courses that cost less per day than a cup of chai.
What we do
Five pillars. One mission: informed investors.
We study the market so learners can understand it: what the numbers mean, where the trends are heading and where real opportunities and real risks lie.
Financial Literacy
Money basics, saving, SIPs, insurance, debt and taxes, taught from zero in simple local language.
Financial Analysis
How to read balance sheets, cash flows and valuations, so learners can judge a business for themselves.
Financial Data
Clean, sourced data from AMFI, NSE, BSE and company filings, turned into charts anyone can read.
Market Trends
Daily and weekly study of sectors, global cues, IPOs and macro data, explained in plain words.
Opportunity Research
Where can a learner explore next? Sector studies, backtests and case studies, always taught with the risks.
The platform
24 ways we are building next-level financial education.
Some are live today, others are on our 24-month roadmap. Each one solves a real problem we see in learners every day.
Why we are different
Not another tips page. A learning engine.
Most finance content in India is either too technical, English-only, or built to sell tips. We built the opposite: education that is local-language, honest about risk and grounded in data.
Vernacular-first
Marathi, Hindi, Gujarati, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil and English. Learners study in the language they think in.
Honest about risk
Every lesson explains the risks first. No promises of quick money, no "sure-shot" tips.
Led by a qualified professional
Founded by a Chartered Accountant who is NISM certified, with a team from finance, management and technology.
Own technology
Learning bots, newsletters, landing pages and analytics, all built in-house, so the cost per learner stays low.
Data over opinion
Backtests, ownership studies and fund screens from public data sources, not hype.
How a learner grows
Learn → Analyse → Practise → Invest wisely
Learn
Short videos, live classes and daily notes in your language. Start from "what is a share?"
Analyse
Read real company data, charts and fund factsheets with guided frameworks.
Practise
Case studies, quizzes and (on our roadmap) a paper-trading lab with no real money at risk.
Invest wisely
Make your own decisions with a plan, a risk limit and long-term goals like SIPs.
Traction & impact
Already working. Ready to scale.
Since July 2023 the KPSO Club community has grown without any outside funding, with a lean team and our own technology.

- NEXT
Learning app, simulator and free literacy for 10 lakh learners.
Free financial-literacy modules in 7 languages through app, web and WhatsApp.
In colleges, women's self-help groups and Tier-2/3 towns of Maharashtra and beyond.
A full learning app with simulator, health score and certificates across 10+ languages.
Why we are seeking a grant
Financial literacy is a public good. It needs patient capital.
The people who need financial education most are the least able to pay for it. A grant lets us reach them free of cost, while our paid courses keep the company sustainable.
01 The people who need it most can't pay
First-time investors in small towns, students, homemakers and farmers rarely pay for courses. Free access needs funding.
02 Vernacular content costs more
Each lesson has to be scripted, recorded, checked and captioned in 7+ languages. That multiplies production cost.
03 Fighting scams and fake tips
Unregistered "tip" groups and finfluencers spend heavily on ads. Honest education needs equal reach to compete.
04 Technology for scale
A learning app, paper-trading simulator and WhatsApp tutor take serious engineering before the first rupee of revenue.
05 Data and research infrastructure
Clean market datasets, licences, servers and security needed for trustworthy analysis tools.
06 Measurable national impact
Fewer losses, fewer scam victims and more long-term SIP investors directly support household savings and capital formation.
Planned use of funds
How every rupee of grant support will be deployed.
Aligned with
Trust & compliance
Built on regulation, not hype.
LLPIN ACX-5155. Incorporated on 21 April 2026 under the LLP Act, 2008. Registered office: Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
KPSOCLUB LLP is an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor. We are distributors, not investment advisers.
Application for recognition under the Startup India programme is in process.
Let's build Bharat's financial future
Partner, invest or collaborate with KPSO Club.
Government bodies, incubators, colleges, NGOs and brands: let's take financial literacy to every town in India.
Where we teach
Taking financial literacy to Instagram, YouTube & Facebook.
Bharat now learns on a phone, in short videos. So that is where honest financial education has to be, in the same feed where misinformation spreads.
Crores of people, one scroll away
India has the world's largest audience on both YouTube and Instagram. That reach costs us nothing per learner.
Short, simple and in your language
60-second reels and explainers in Hindi, Marathi and more turn complex money topics into everyday conversations.
Counter misinformation where it lives
Unregistered "finfluencers" sell tips on the same platforms. Credible, CA-led education needs to be just as visible.
Every lesson is measurable
Views, saves, shares and questions show exactly which topics people need most, and guide what we teach next.
